Biography
Nairi Paterson is a Senior Trial Attorney in the Oakland office of The Barnes Firm. Ms. Paterson has a broad range of experience, however, her practice is focused on personal injury, premises liability, and product defects. She has tried multiple cases to verdict before juries with excellent results. She has over 21 years of experience as a trial attorney, including handling numerous mediations, arbitrations (binding and non-binding) and depositions.
In addition to trying cases before juries, Ms. Paterson has successfully argued before the California Court of Appeal.
