San Diego, CA
Born in Ventura, CA, Rich grew up in California and multiple areas of New York. As an undergraduate at SUNY Buffalo, Rich began his first work with The Barnes Firm. This experience solidified Rich’s passion for helping hurt individuals and their families in their greatest time of need, as well as solidifying that The Barnes Firm was where he wanted to practice his passion.
After graduating college, Rich moved back to California to attend law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego. Upon graduating from law school and passing the California bar exam on his first attempt, Rich developed his practice with a client-first focus, fiercely advocating for his clients and their families. Upon The Barnes Firm coming to San Diego, Rich has come back home to rejoin the ranks of The Barnes Firm family.
Rich’s practice is entirely devoted to injured individuals and nothing else. Rich’s tenacity, aggressiveness, and results-driven advocacy is only matched by the loyalty, compassion, and devotion he has for clients, whom he considers family. As senior trial attorney at the Barnes Firm, Rich understands the pain and emotional stress his clients and their families experience because of their injuries. His tenacity, compassion, and client-focus are evident in every recovery he attains, to the extent of being recognized in 2017 as one of California’s “10 Best Attorneys For Client Satisfaction” by the American Institute or Personal Injury Attorneys.
