Two Killed in Queensboro Bridge Bike Lane Crash

New York, NY – Two men were killed on Thursday, May 28, 2026 in an accident involving an electric scooter and a bicycle on Queensboro Bridge. The crash occurred just after 8 a.m. in the bridge’s bike lane. An initial investigation showed that a man operating a motorized stand-up scooter struck a bicyclist. Both men were transported to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, where they were pronounced dead, according to police.
