My name is Alan Allen Oghassabian, and I’m an attorney at The Barnes Firm. I went to California Western School of Law, and I graduated in 2013. I was born and raised in San Diego, California. I talked a lot as a kid. My mom said, “You should be a lawyer,” and I said, “Not a bad idea”. I practice personal injury. There’s a few times where I’ve dealt with people that have been in situations where they’ve lost a loved one as a result of somebody else’s negligence. Trying to give them some form of closure on a very difficult situation, something that may never get closure, but at least trying to fix some of the issues that surround that problem, can be very rewarding. And you connect with people at a human level.

You know, relating to people and trying to guide them through a very tough time, you’re bound to make a human connection with them. I feel like I’m a problem solver. People call me with their problems. I aim to solve it for them. I think when you hire The Barnes Firm, what you’re hiring is not just an individual, but an entire team and a group of people that all have a goal in mind, which is helping the person that is engaging with us. And hopefully, we can solve whatever issues that they’re dealing with.
