A case that really meant a lot to me was a young man that actually had a scooter injury. He was riding an electric scooter and he struck the base of a lamp post that had been removed. He had a really awful history with a lot of abuse and things like that. As a result of the fall, he got really injured and had neck surgery.

It was completely disputed by all the different defendants, but at the end of the day, we were able to fight hard for him and we got him a really good recovery that he was able to get his life back on track and a new beginning. It’s always difficult when everybody denies having anything to do with it, and you have to fight for each little fact all the way through, and that’s how that case was.
