We are currently looking to hire a seasoned attorney with at least 3 years of Plaintiff personal Injury experience. You will manage your own caseload handling all aspects of your claims and cases – from client intake, through pre-litigation, litigation and trial. We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team at The Barnes Firm. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution. You will work closely with clients and attorneys to ensure that all aspects of their cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
We are seeking a full-time paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience, or other injury related practice areas. This position will assist the attorney in all aspects of preparation for personal injury litigation from case inception through closing. This position is responsible for the coordination of all correspondence, research, scheduling, and client communications necessary for each case.
