People sometimes don’t realize that if they have their automobile policy with Allstate and they decide they want to ride a motorcycle, they have to have a specific separate endorsement to cover their motorcycle. You can’t just be relying on your own automobile insurance. But as far as a claim being made, if I’m representing somebody who has been involved in a motorcycle accident, insurance companies don’t treat them any differently. I mean the same issues that we would have to establish in a regular motor vehicle accident. Was someone negligent? Did that negligence cause injuries? And what’s the amount of damages? The evaluation process isn’t any different.
