My name is Mory Ahmadi. I was born in Iran and we immigrated to the US when I was about 8 years old. I knew I wanted to become a lawyer in undergraduate. I went to UCLA with a focus on neuropsychology. I wanted to become a psychiatrist. And somewhere along the line, there was an elective we had to take called psychology and the law. And it really dawned on me that I can make a difference in the most vulnerable population by practicing law.

I’m on the board of the Women’s Lawyers Association LA and their foundation board. My focus in the law is personal injury law. It really is about helping people and that they actually got treatment that made them feel better and they made it to the other side of what they were experiencing. So helping people and seeing those results is kind of my main draw and drive.
