If you don’t go to the doctor right away, and a lot of the times people don’t know that they should. A lot of the times people try to be tough with their injuries, and they take a tylenol and go to work because they can’t afford the lost time, or they just don’t know which doctor to go to. Delays in medical treatment can present a complication, and we certainly don’t want to delay medical treatment any more than necessary. Nevertheless, if there is a delay in treatment and you are legitimately injured, you can still file a claim and pursue a lawsuit, even though you didn’t go to the doctor the next day or the next week, and it took those symptoms a little bit of time to manifest, and at least manifest to the point where it is compelling enough for a person to go see their physician.
