Two Teens Killed and Multiple Injured in Long Island Crash

Jericho, NY – On Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at around 10:30 p.m., a crash occurred in Jericho, resulting in the death of two 14-year-old boys. According to Nassau police, Amandeep Singh, the driver of a 2019 Dodge Ram, was driving southbound in the northbound lanes on North Broadway and collided with a 2019 Alpha Romeo carrying four teenagers. The two 14-year-olds were pronounced dead at the scene. The other teens, ages 16 and 17, were taken to the hospital for internal injuries but are listed in stable condition.

After the initial collision, the Alpha Romeo struck a 2023 Volvo occupied by a 49-year-old woman and a 16-year-old passenger. The two were treated for minor injuries. Singh suffered minor injuries and is now facing a number of charges, including aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter, manslaughter, leaving the scene of an auto accident with a fatality, DWI, and two counts of assault.
