Industrial Accidents
Over 150,000 people are injured on job sites each year. In this accident, those injured should have their investigative team perform an independent legal investigation to preserve evidence. This includes reviewing:
- Evaluation of site working conditions
- Evaluation if site safety regulations are up to code
- Determination why the tubing collapsed
- Any environmental factors that may have caused the collapse
- Determination if safety precautions were in place
- Industrial site maintenance history
