Bronx, NY – Six pedestrians were injured on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, around 12 p.m. The accident occurred on E 163rd Street and Prospect Avenue.
According to police, a man was trying to park and reversed, instead of braking, and careened onto the sidewalk and into a building. Six pedestrians, including three believed to be the man’s children, were struck on the sidewalk and injured. All six pedestrians were taken to the hospital with injuries.
