The Barnes Firm Undergraduate Scholarship For Buffalo is a one-time, monetary scholarship award and is to be used for academic tuition only. By submitting an application for The Barnes Firm Undergraduate Scholarship For Buffalo, applicants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Eligibility for one (1) $2.500 USD scholarship is contingent upon the applicant being a legal resident the United States, who will be attending an accredited law school for the Fall 2025 academic enrollment period. All applications must be submitted by the specified deadline on or before May 31, 2025. Only one application per student is permitted. The awarded funds are designated exclusively for college tuition and will be disbursed directly to the scholarship winner’s educational institution upon verification of enrollment. Winner must provide contact information for the educational institutions Bursar and proof of enrollment at an accredited law school before funds are disbursed. Scholarship winners will be chosen based on academic achievements, community involvement, and quality of essay. The decision of The Barnes Firm College Scholarship Committee is considered final and binding. Scholarship winners will be notified via email by June 30, 2025. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. Scholarship winner also agrees to participate in publicity activities including, but not limited to, photos, press releases and social media announcements. The Barnes Firm College Scholarship Committee requests one photo, at minimum, with the scholarship winner wearing gear, i.e. college or university sweatshirt, for the college or university that the scholarship winner will be attending Fall 2025. Personal information collected during the application process will be used solely for the purpose of awarding the scholarship and will not be shared with third parties. Submission of an application confirms that the applicant has read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined herein. The Barnes Firm reserves the right to modify or terminate the scholarship program at any time without prior notice. Only complete submissions will be considered. Late submissions will not be considered. All information provided in the application must be accurate and verifiable. Falsification of information will result in disqualification.
