I have had quite a journey to The Barnes Firm! I actually first began working towards becoming a personal injury attorney in Iran, where I not only completed my master’s degree in international law, but also began work as in-house counsel for Tehran Province Water & Wastewater Inc. in 2008. Though I have since moved on to California, I still speak fluent Farsi, and would be glad to have a conversation with any clients in the Bay Area that can do the same!
After relocating to California, I obtained a paralegal certificate at San Francisco State University before completing a Master of Laws Degree at Golden State University School of Law. Prior to working with The Barnes Firm, I spent time with four other law firms performing various legal assistant and paralegal work. I originally came to The Barnes Firm as a paralegal prior to working myself up to my current role of associate attorney.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, experiencing other cultures, and learning about the ways in which different parts of the world live. Regardless of where my career has taken me, I have always remained proud of my opportunity to assist accident victims in reclaiming their lives through justice and compensation, and look forward to doing the same for you.
