Pedestrian Killed in North Bergen Accident

North Bergen, NJ – A pedestrian was fatally struck by a 2005 Honda Civic on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. The accident occurred around 6 a.m. on Tonnelle Avenue near 69th Street.  

According to police, Angel Ruano was hit by the car and transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The crash is under investigation.
