One Dead and Two Hospitalized After Car Jumps Curb in Los Angeles

Los Angeles, CA – A tragic incident occurred in the Pico-Robertson neighborhood of Los Angeles where a vehicle crashed into a building after hitting several pedestrians. The Los Angeles Fire Department immediately responded to the scene after receiving calls about the crash at around 5:28 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7^th. The unfortunate incident resulted in the death of one of the victims.

When the firefighters arrived at 6161 West Pico Boulevard, they found two pedestrians pinned beneath a black Hyundai sedan. The driver had jumped the curb onto the sidewalk, striking the three victims before crashing into a Chase Bank building. A 48-year-old female, 19-year-old male, and a 51-year-old male were taken to the hospital in serious condition. Unfortunately, the 51-year-old man succumbed to his injuries later. The incident remains under investigation.
