Palmdale, CA – A head-on collision occurred on Saturday, November 12, 2022, around 7 p.m. The accident occurred at the intersection of 40th Street East and East Avenue O.

According to California Highway Patrol, one person was declared dead at the scene and three other people were injured. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
