Long Beach, CA – A nine-vehicle collision occurred near the intersection of East Pacific Coast Highway and 2nd Street on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. The accident occurred just after 8 p.m.

According to the Seal Beach Police Department, the driver of a 2006 Lexus sedan failed to pull over, leading to a pursuit. The suspect crashed into multiple other vehicles at the intersection, causing one woman to be killed and eight others to be injured. The driver of the Lexus was taken into custody following the collision.
