Motorcyclist Killed in Left-Turn Accident
Farmingville, NY – An accident involving a Suzuki motorcycle and a Nissan Maxima occurred on Friday, October 14, 2022, on Lakeside Drive. The crash occurred around 4:20 p.m.
According to Suffolk County Police, Kevin Buttigieg was driving his motorcycle on Lakeside Drive when a driver made a left-hand turn in front of the motorcyclist. Buttigieg was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The accident is under investigation.
