San Diego, CA – A motorcyclist was struck by a tow truck on Monday, June 20, 2022, at the intersection of Market and 13th streets. The crash happened shortly before 5 p.m.
According to police, a 42-year-old tow truck driver failed to stop at a red light and crashed into a 29-year-old motorcyclist. The motorcyclist suffered injuries, including a perforated spleen, an open fracture to his left tibia/fibula and a fractured left foot.
