Manhattan Taxi Injures Six People
Manhattan, NY – Six people were injured after a taxi jumped a curb on Monday, June 20, 2022. The accident happened on 29th and Broadway around 1 p.m.
According to authorities, the taxicab made a left-hand turn, striking a bicyclist who had the right of way. The taxi then drove onto the sidewalk, hit several pedestrians, and pinned two women under the vehicle. Six people, including the taxi driver, were taken to the hospital. The crash is under investigation.
