Jamestown, NY – A two-vehicle accident occurred on Friday, January 13, 2023, at the intersection of Hazeltine Avenue and Colfax Street. The collision occurred just after 12:30 p.m.

According to police, one of the driver’s blood alcohol concentrations was almost twice the legal limit. That driver was arrested. The other driver was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries
