Head-on Crash Leaves Two Injured and One Dead

Santa Rosa, CA – Tragic news has arrived from Guerneville, California, where a deadly head-on crash occurred on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. The California Highway Patrol reports that a Chevrolet Blazer S-10 and a GMC Canyon collided on River Road near Bonita Avenue at around 10:45 a.m. The driver of the Chevrolet was killed in the crash and the GMC driver and passenger both sustained injuries.

It is believed that the GMC had been travelling at an unsafe speed, when it veered sharply to the left, colliding with the Chevrolet. Sadly, the driver of the Chevrolet was pronounced dead at the scene. The GMC driver, a 39-year-old man from Guerneville, suffered minor injuries, while the passenger, a 43-year-old man also from Guerneville, was seriously injured.
