Head-on Collision Injures Two

Northport, NY – A head-on collision involving a box truck and a pickup truck occurred in front of 84 Fort Salonga Road on Thursday, July 28, 2022. The crash happened at 4:40 p.m. 

According to Suffolk County police, the pickup truck, driven by Kenneth Gallagher, collided head-on with a box truck. Gallagher was taken by helicopter to Stony Brook University Hospital. The driver of the box truck, Dylan Bradshaw, was taken to St. Catherine of Siena Hospital. The crash is under investigation.
