Four Killed and Eight Hospitalized After Shuttle Van Overturns

Englewood Cliffs, NJ – A shuttle van for upstate New York factory workers overturned on the southbound Palisades Parkway, just north of Exit 1 in Englewood Cliffs. The accident occurred on Friday, September 2, 2022, around 1:30 a.m.

According to police, a Ford Econoline E350 carrying 12 passengers overturned in the center median of the Parkway. Four of the passengers were pronounced dead at the scene. The other eight were injured and taken to area hospitals. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
