Levittown, NY – A two vehicle collision between a Fed Ex delivery van and a Hino box truck occurred on Jerusalem Avenue. The crash happened on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, around 10 a.m.
The 58-year-old driver and 56-year-old passenger of the box truck were transported to the hospital with injuries. The 23-year-old driver of the Fed Ex van was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
