FDR Drive Crash Kills One, Injures Two Others

New York, NY – One man was killed in a car accident on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, during rush hour on FDR Drive. The three-vehicle crash occurred near Exit 11 for East 53rd Street.  

According to police, a 56-year-old man was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The other two drivers were taken to the hospital with injuries. Police are investigating the cause of the crash.  

The victim was identified as Kevin Jenkins, 56.
