Long Island, NY – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on Sunday, August 14, 2022, around 1:30 a.m. on Johnson Avenue.
According to police, the driver, Wade Gagliano struck and killed a woman walking on the street. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Gagliano was arrested and is facing charges for leaving the scene of a deadly accident and DWI.
