Dirt Biker Dies in Collision With Truck
Wilson, NY – A collision between a dirt bike and a truck occurred on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. The crash happened just before 9:30 p.m. on Youngstown-Lockport Road near Andrews Road.
According to The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, the tree trimming truck was towing a tree chipper when it collided with the dirt bike. Both the truck and the dirt bike overturned and landed in a ditch. The 19-year-old driver of the dirt bike was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck was taken to Erie County Medical Center with injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation
