Two Injured After Truck Accident on Staten Island

Staten Island, NY – Two people were injured after a commercial truck and passenger vehicle crashed at a Staten Island container terminal on Western Avenue in Mariners Harbor. The crash occurred Wednesday, March 30, 2022, around 11:35 a.m.  

Two people were extricated by firefighters. One was taken to Richmond University Medical Center in critical condition. The other was transported to Staten Island University Hospital, Ocean Breeze, with minor injuries. Authorities are investigating the crash.
