Sixteen People Injured in Hockey Team Bus Crash

Warsaw, IN – An accident between a school bus and a semitrailer occurred on Saturday, November 12, 2022, around 8 p.m. The accident occurred on U.S. 30 in Warsaw Indiana.

According to reports, the school was carrying a high school hockey team from St. Ignatius College Prep in Chicago. The semitrailer was reported to be swerving and driving at excessive speeds when it struck the bus, causing the bus to fall onto its side. The semitrailer driver failed field sobriety tests. Sixteen people were injured in the crash. The accident remains under investigation.
