Pomona Pedestrian Accidents Kills One, Critically Injures Another

Pomona, CA – A 6-year-old girl was killed and a 19-year-old girl was critically injured after being struck by a Honda Accord in a marked crosswalk on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. The accident happened at the intersection of Towne and Lexington Avenue just after 8 p.m. The 6-year-old girl was pronounced dead at the scene. The 19-year-old was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. The accident remains under investigation.
