Pedestrian Injured in Chain-reaction Crash

Manhattan, NY – A multi-vehicle collision occurred on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, just after 12 p.m. near 38th Street and 8th Avenue.  

According to authorities, a UPS Driver was parked when his truck was slammed into by a Penske truck. This caused the UPS truck to slam into scaffolding and then hit another vehicle. A 27-year-old pedestrian and the UPS driver were injured in the collision. The crash is under investigation.
