Mira Mesa, CA – A pedestrian was fatally stuck by a pickup truck on Friday, November 11, 2022. The accident occurred at the intersection of Polaris Drive and Capricorn Way around 7:30 a.m.
According to the San Diego Police Department, the pedestrian was crossing the street when they were struck by the pickup truck. The pickup truck stopped at the intersection but proceeded forward after stopping, striking the pedestrian. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
