Four Killed and One Injured in Fallbrook Collision

San Diego, CA – A head-on collision involving two vehicles happened on Friday, May 10, 2024, just after 11 p.m. The accident happened on State Route 76 near Interstate 15. According to California Highway Patrol, a Chrysler 300 veered into oncoming traffic and collided with a Jeep. The driver of the Chrysler, driver of the Jeep, and two Jeep passengers were killed in the collision. Another passenger of the Jeep was transported to Palomar Hospital with major injuries.
