Construction Worker Killed by Dump Truck on I-90

Pembroke, NY – A tragic accident occurred on I-90 West, between the Pembroke service area and the Pembroke exit on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. Sadly, a construction worker lost their life after being struck by a dump truck. New York State Police reported that the worker was tragically run over by the truck, that was backing up at the time the incident occurred. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
