Cruz was treated at the hospital for pain and injuries.
Construction Accidents
Construction vehicles can cause serious and devastating injuries when they are put in the hands of unexperienced or negligent people. In this accident, the injured victim should have an independent legal investigation performed to preserve evidence. This includes reviewing:
- Evaluation of construction site working conditions
- Evaluation if construction site safety regulations are up to code
- Determination if proper guardrails, safety nets, and fall arrest systems were in place
- Evaluation if proper lighting was being used
Construction companies and supervisors have a responsibility to assure all safety measures are in place and guideline are being followed.
