9-year-old Killed in Brooklyn Pedestrian Accident

Brooklyn, NY – A 9-year-old girl was fatally struck while walking on the sidewalk on Friday, September 16, 2022, around 2:30 p.m. The accident happened near East 12th Street and Sheepshead Bay Road. 

According to NYPD, a woman driving a Nissan Murano turned left into a driveway and hit the girl. The girl was transported to the hospital where she later died. The crash is under investigation.
