25 Hospitalized After NJ Transit Bus Crash
Elizabeth, NJ – Twenty-five people were injured after a New Jersey Transit bus collided with a cement truck on the New Jersey Turnpike. The accident occurred on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, around 7:35 a.m.
According to authorities, The No. 139 bus, which was operating from Lakewood to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York, was carrying 32 customers on board at the time of the crash. Twenty-five people, including the bus driver, were injured in the crash. NJ State Police are investigating the cause of the collision.
